dc.description.abstract	Создание простых и доступных методов получения и очистки различных рекомбинантных структур позволило перевести использование рекомбинантных белков из категории "доступно только для профессионалов" в категорию "легко, удобно эффективно"./Nowadays recombinant proteins are widely used in large number of biochemical and medical researches. For proper use any recombinant protein has to be purified after having been produced. In current study affinity sorbents on the basis of chitin and chitosan were offered to be used for purification of recombinant proteins fused with chitin-binding domain as an affinity tag.	ru_RU
